Why does my candle burn fast?
You should only burn your candles “no longer” than 4 hours at a time. If you burn longer than that, you risk your candles to burn too fast and you also run the risk of your jar becoming too hot.

How long should I burn my candles for?
For optimum performance, candles should be burned for 3-4 hours.

Why are there 2 wicks in my candle?
Palm Wax is very hard which means that it needs a hotter flame. For design and safety reasons, we use 2 wicks which in turn requires less flame but still burns the candle evenly.

 
What is Palm Wax?
Palm Wax is derived from the oil of the flower from a palm plant.

 
Is my candle scented enough?
We strive to make our candles have an exceptional hot and cold throw while also maintaining safe levels of fragrance. Our candles are also scented throughout.

 
What is the difference between Palm, Paraffin and Soy?
It’s like comparing apples and oranges. *Palm Wax is derived from oil from a palm plant flower.  It doesn’t need additives to create an exceptional candle. It has a “Natural” unique pattern to it. Other candle manufactures use it to harden their waxes for strength. *Paraffin Wax is made from crude oil and produced by refining or taking the  waxes out of the minerals oils from crude. *Soy is harvested from soybeans.  Flakes are made after they are de-hulled and cracked. By processing this, it takes the melting point of the oil allowing it to turn solid when it is at room temperature.

 
Will I get black smoke or soot?
After hours and months of testing, as well as feedback from consumers, we have found our candles burn with virtually no black smoke or soot. However, be sure to always keep your wick trimmed to ¼” or the high flame can cause your jar to turn black.

Our wicks are made of 100% Natural Braided Cotton with 100% Natural Wax Coating!
